Kenneth A. Luskin - Owner/President/CEO
	Ken has been a part of the jewelry industry for over 28 years. He obtained an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin with a Major in Business Administration. Ken then went on to complete diamond grading and training courses through the Gemological Institute of America while working in the retail jewelry industry. When Ken along with his father purchased Rolland’s Jewelers in 1980 his desire for the jewelry industry became more prevalent. Ken strives to make sure his company stands out amongst the competition. He has selected a core team of consultants with outstanding degrees of knowledge, so that each customer leaves with a positive experience. According to Ken “My goal is to have every customer completely satisfied with their experience at Rolland’s. It’s important to me that our customer receives a quality product at a great value backed by excellent customer service.”

Leonard B. Surdo - Vice President/ Buyer/ Manager
	For nearly 20 years, Leonard has dedicated his career to the jewelry industry. In the mid 80’s, he began his studies in the field of Business Administration. He furthered his education at the Gemological Institute of America, specializing in Diamonds and Gemstones, receiving his Graduate Gemologist Degree. Leonard has been with Rolland’s for over 15 years and feels that customers benefit not only from Rolland’s being family owned, but the standards and ideals he holds for himself and his staff. “As a buyer, I listen to what our customers are looking for. This is vital information that we use in purchasing our exclusive designs from around the world. For me, it’s all about the customers. I want them to know everything about the jewelry that interests them before they buy it. This is crucial in earning their trust. A knowledgeable customer is a satisfied customer. That’s what it’s all about.”

Marek Paczek - Expert Craftsman / Master Jeweler
	For over 25 years, Marek has worked his marvels throughout the United States and Europe, creating exquisite designs with outstanding craftsmanship. As master jeweler and designer for the past 15 years at Rolland’s, Marek specializes in the setting of diamonds and gemstones, wax carvings, jewelry design and creation. With Marek on site, customers enjoy the convenience of having their jewelry repaired while they wait. He takes pride in every piece he creates or repairs. According to Marek, "First I listen to the client’s desires and then I create a picture in my mind. It gives me great joy to participate in the process of making a customer’s vision become a reality. Custom design service...is what makes Rolland’s unique."

Lee Macaluso - Assistant Manager
	Lee Macaluso is a true veteran amongst the staff at Rolland’s Jewelers. He’s been with Rolland’s for over 13 years, while his resume boasts over 30 years of experience in the industry. Lee has completed gemology, diamond, and appraisal courses at the Gemological Institute Of America. As a highly qualified jewelry appraiser, Lee pays special attention to his customer’s comfort level, treating their valuables with care. Upon request, he is able to complete an appraisal while the customer waits. According to Lee, "Our exceptional service and jewelry.... is what keeps a Rolland’s customer- a customer for life."

Anne Marie Geer - Assistant Manager
	Anne Marie has dedicated over 9 years of her career to the jewelry industry. Currently, she is a student of the Gemological Institute of America. She is certified in Diamond Grading and Diamonds through GIA and Hearts On Fire University. Anne feels that keeping up to date with the latest product knowledge is key to assisting customers in their selection of jewelry. According to Anne, "Everything about Rolland’s is exceptional...our unique styles...our friendly service... and a staff that takes pride in the company they represent.”

Iris Harris - Jewelry Consultant
	Iris Harris joined the Rolland’s team in 1999, bringing with her 18 years of jewelry experience. Always wanting to stay up to date, Iris continues to attend various diamond and jewelry seminars. She strives to make each customer feel special and important. "Making sure each customer is pleased with their experience at Rolland’s is the key to our success," says Iris. "Having a family owned store that can custom design what the client wants is an added bonus. Exquisite and unique...that’s Rolland’s Jewelers!"

Geno Garza - Jewelry Consultant
	Geno Garza has been in the jewelry industry for 28 years. 9 of those years have been with Rolland’s Jewelers. Being a true people person, Geno feels service is of utmost importance. According to Geno, "I strive to be honest and sincere with all my customers, hoping to gain their trust. People want to do business with a store where the sales staff is both knowledgeable and trustworthy. Melody James - Corporate Consultant
	Returning to Rolland’s on a full time basis in late 2004, Melody continues her jewelry career that began in 1976. A fascination of gemstone lore was her motivation to complete diamond courses from the Diamond Council Of America. With her experience in marketing and advertising, Melody’s responsibility is making sure customers know what Rolland’s has to offer. She feels it’s all about building an honest relationship and understanding each customers needs. According to Melody, "Personalized customer service is what makes the Rolland’s experience exceptional."
