Refund Policy:

We will gladly refund your purchase within thirty (30) days of the actual purchase date, with the exception of special orders, altered merchandise, or worn merchandise. Layaway deposits are refundable only within the first 30 days of the initial deposit. Store credits will be issued on purchases made with gift certificates. Certain exceptions may be made in which a store credit will be issued in lieu of a refund.

Warranty Policy:

The workmanship of our jewelry is warranted for life provided it is brought back to us in good condition. There may be maintenance related charges for jewelry items requiring repair. Some exceptions may apply.

At Rolland’s Jewelers, we gladly accept Cash, Checks upon approval, and all Major Credit Cards.
We also provide in-house financing for qualified buyers through Jewelry Express and American General Finance.
