Exchanges & Returns (in store): Items purchased may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box. Special orders, final sales, completed layaways, altered and/or custom pieces are not returnable. A check will be issued for refunds on cash or check purchases. Refunds on check purchases will be given after 10 businesses days. Gift recipients will be issued merchandise credit only. Gift certificates or gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and please insure your item through a trackable service. When we receive your return, we will inspect and review it. Your purchase must not show signs of wear or damage. Engraved, altered or resized items are a final sale. Once your merchandise has been accepted for return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Refunds will be made using the same form of payment. Online purchaces can also be returned in store.
Layaways: Layaway deposits are refundable only within the first 30 days of the initial deposit. After 30 days the original deposit and subsequent deposits will not be refunded, but may be used toward the purchase of other merchandise.
Warranty: The workmanship of our jewelry is warranted for life provide it is brought back to us in good condition. There may be maintenance related charges for jewelry items requiring repair. Some exceptions may apply.
Servicing & Cleaning: We will always inspect and clean your jewelry free of charge, any time you stop by. We recommend this be done at least every 6 months.
